Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Styleinity processes and ships orders for customers in Australia and other supported destinations.

 

4.1 Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 5 business days. Processing may take longer during peak periods, promotions, public holidays, supplier stock delays, or where additional verification is needed.

 

4.2 Delivery Estimates

Some products may ship from overseas suppliers. Typical delivery estimates are:

·        Australia: where an order is dispatched within Australia using a standard Australia Post parcel service, delivery generally starts from an estimated 2+ business days after lodgement, depending on the origin and destination

·        New Zealand and selected international destinations: approximately 10 to 25 business days after dispatch

·        remote locations may take longer

These timeframes are estimates only and may take shorter or longer times.

 

4.3 Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times because items may come from different suppliers or warehouses.

 

4.4 Tracking

Tracking is provided where available. In some cases, tracking updates may take several days to appear after dispatch.

 

4.5 Shipping Fees

Shipping charges, free shipping thresholds and promotional shipping offers are shown at checkout or elsewhere on the website. We may update these from time to time.

 

4.6 Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, additional postage, redirection fees or losses may be the customer's responsibility to the extent permitted by law.

 

4.7 Delays Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruption, severe weather, industrial action, public holidays or other events outside our reasonable control. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with tracking and support where possible.

 

4.8 Lost, Stolen or Undelivered Parcels

If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at info@Styleinity.com. We will investigate with the carrier or supplier. Remedies will be handled in line with the circumstances and any rights you have under applicable law.

 

4.9 Customs, Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped outside Australia, customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees may apply in the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout. We cannot guarantee that additional import charges will never apply, and customers should check local import rules where relevant. For orders delivered within Australia, any applicable GST treatment will be handled in accordance with Australian law and checkout settings.
